BHDS can configure many of its implemented solutions to alert its technicians on various events. These notifications are sent to our dedicated email monitoring system which keeps us informed on a daily basis. BHDS will pro-actively take action on events that require attention.

For your critical data storage equipment we will be notified on:

• Hard disk degradation
• Hard disk failures
• Data volumes nearing capacity
• Data redundancy failures
• Backup failures (onsite/offsite)
• Overheating due to incorrect environmental temperatures or fan failure
• Redundant power supply failure
• Repeated failed login attempts

For your antivirus, software firewall and web protection services we will be notified on:

• Network viruses
• Virus outbreaks across the network
• Stand alone viruses
• Spyware
• Suspicious behavior
• Repeated attempts to access known fraudulent websites
• Repeated attempts to access websites blocked by company policy

The monitoring plan also includes a monthly generated report of various events that may have occurred during the month along with the corrective action taken by BHDS technicians.
